When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 5 business days of your order. All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority mail which can take from 1 - 3 days once it's left the studio.
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during this time.
*Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number when your package has been shipped.
Can I modify my shipping address once my order has been placed?
We start getting your order together immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to your order after it has been placed.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, so we are happy to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days from the online purchase date for another item or store credit. All items must have their original tags and packaging.
Due to the nature of our small business, we cannot offer refunds at this time.
Can I return regular SALE items?
Sale items may only be exchanged for a different size and must be the same style/color/fabric.
Any products listed as FINAL SALE (40% or more) may not be returned or exchanged.
How do I start the return/exchange process?
1 - Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include:
- Order Number
- Item(s) you want to exchange
- Which new items you'd like to receive or if you'd prefer store credit
2 - You will receive a confirmation e-mail about your return. Place the items you'd like to exchange or return for store credit in their original packaging and send via USPS to our return mailing address :

3 - Drop the box off at your nearest USPS. We are unable to accept packages from UPS or FedEx.
4 - Once your package has been received and processed (2 - 5 business days) a store credit or new package will be sent out:
- Store credit will be issued in a form of a gift card
- Exchanges will receive new tracking information that will be emailed to you.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will help you replace or exchange the item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders placed within California will be charged the California tax rate. Orders out of California or the Country will not be charged tax.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will recieve an e-mail with your USPS tracking number. Please visit the USPS website to track your shipment.
