When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of your order. All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority mail which can take from 1 - 3 days once it's left the warehouse. Expedited orders ship via UPS 2-day service.
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during this time.
*Please note: Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit. Once your package has reached 'delivered' status, it is your responsibility to work with your local post office and neighbors to locate your package.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number when your package has been shipped.
Can I modify my shipping address once my order has been placed?
We are generally unable to make any changes or modifications to your order after it has been placed.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, so we are happy to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days from the online purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging. In order to return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return authorization and a return label. Please note: You will be required to use our shipping label for your return. Return S&H of $9.99 will be deducted from your total refund or credit amount. International customers please contact customer service for special instructions.
Can I return regular SALE items?
Sale items may only be exchanged for a different size and must be the same style/color/fabric.
All FINAL SALE ITEMS may not be returned or exchanged.
How do I start the return/exchange process?
1 - Please contact us at email@example.com for your return/exchange authorization. Be sure to include:
- Order Number and Item Number
- Reason for the return
- Item(s) you want to exchange
- Preference of refund or store credit
2 - You will receive a confirmation e-mail about your return with a pre-paid return label. Place item(s) in their original packaging and send via USPS to our warehouse immediately.

3 - Once your package has been received and inspected (2 - 5 business days) a credit or new package will be sent out. Please note:
- All returns will incur a $9.99 shipping and re-packing fee.
- Store credit will be issued in a form of a gift card
- Exchanges will receive new tracking information that will be emailed to you.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will help you replace or exchange the item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders placed within California will be charged the California tax rate. Orders out of California or the Country will not be charged tax.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your USPS or UPS tracking number. Please visit the appropriate website to track your shipment.
